Your skin is most likely just irritated. When you wax your eyebrows or lip there are oil glands that produce a lot of reddish bumps that look similar to pimples.

However you do not need to try to pop them. They are not filled with puss and other stuff like pimples are, and if you try to pop them it can lead to permanent scarring.

You can try using an avocado scrub, followed by an acetone and then a moisturizer. I prefer Aveeno and Jergens.

It may take a while but it will work. I used to get my eyebrows waxed all the time and I would always have hundreds of little tiny bumps everywhere, but when I tried this solution it worked every time.
