so the other day i shaved my...downstairs. i have sensitive skin so sometimes i get razor burn, its normal to me. the next day i notice on my bikini line, right there on that ridge next to where the clitoris starts, i have what appears to be perhaps an ingrown hair. that was 2 days ago. today im gettin in the shower i notice this marble, almost golf ball size lump where that 'ingrown hair was'.
if i press on it, its hard and slightly painful, and if i press on the skin around it, i can feel under the skin where this pretruding lump is coming from, its 'roots' if you will.
wtf am i dealing with here??? is this an absess? and if it is, what needs to be done to help it heal?
is it a syst?? what could this have comr from?
i also just realized i have many many symptoms of being lactose intolerant. perhaps a syst from that?

it may possibly an abscess and is infected. go see your doctor. your doctor might order some antibiotics and pain relievers, worse is there's an order of I and D (incision and drainage) of the abscess.
