Lump from waxing arm pits?

I waxed my arm pits at home and I think I have an ingrown hair. It sort of hurts. at first I thouught it was my wire from my bra. This is the 1st time I did my arm pits. SO should I just exfoliate and shave until the hair comes out. This happened to me the first time I waxed my legs. I didnt do that (exfoliate and shave) and I got a ton of ingrown hairs.

dont wax, i think shaveing is easier and you dont have any pain unless u get a cut. even if u have 2 do it more offten. dont hurt ur self when theres an easire way.

you could do the whole shave until the hair falls out, but i suggest letting it grow out a little, then tweeze it. It gets the infection %26amp; hurt out alot quicker. You may be able to squeeze the surrounding skin and pressure the hair out enough to grab with the tweezers.

FYI: Be proactive %26amp; always exfoliate before shaving.

the same thing happened to me it does hurt but i couldnt take the pain so i made my grandma bust the bump bc it was turning into a black head it was gross so shed just squeeze a lil bit @ a time and the more you get out the better it feels of course it will be painfull @ first but its ok. so after i got most of the oil or what ever it was on the inside i did exfoliate with neutragena.

Tip: if your shaving use neutragena beauty bar or after you wax just use something like neutragena i love their products bc i also have sensitive skin so when i get done shaving or waxing i always use a cleanser to wash the area...what ever you use on ur face is typically safe but always be sure to read! or just ask a pro (the ppl that you go to ) they should be able to help you since its prob. a common problem

Good LUck!

Try using a depilatory (like Nair or Veet) They both make one that only needs to be on for 3 minutes. I've had good luck with both and use for underarms and legs. Apply to each leg, then to each underarm and dance around for another minuite or two, wipe with damp washcloth and jump into shower. Lasts longer than shaving and doesn't grown out stubbly. Waxing really needs to be done at a spa.

OK it sounds like your allergic to the wax your using so i would suggest not do that anymore and maybe you should try a different wax and exfoliate to so you don't get ingrown hairs from the beginning you know
