I started off yesterday with what i thought was a boil or ingrown hair(i do shave my pubic area where it was located) i was a little bubble that hurt. It had pus and a little hair in it. today i went to the bathroom and it must of popped, now it bleeds. but now it looks like when u get a deep cut somewhere. like a peice of skin is missing. I freaked out on my boyfriend saying u better not have something because if i do then u do cause i never cheated on him. What is it?????????

It could be an infected ingrown hair or maybe herpes. I would get tested just to be sure. My friend had something similar and it turned out to be a herpes outbreak, even though it started with just one small blister. Good luck!

It was probably an in grown hair or a blocked pore that got infected ,pull the hair out if possible , put ointment to help heal, It seems that it was deep rooted and the bleeding is some damage you did when squeezing it it should have only bleed a little while and stop , If it is still bleeding or getting bigger then see a doctor

Women can get boils in their genital area. If it was only one with no other symptoms, I seriously doubt you have herpes. Try not to worry. If you continue to get them you might look into Bartholin's Gland Abscesses online or mention it to your ob/gyn. Keep it clean for now (obviously) and see a dr. if you start running a fever.

you may have a blocked hair follicle or an abscess caused from shaving. you should never shave with a razor. clip the hair with scissors. if you continue to shave your hair down to the skin that boil will only get worse. you will start to have several of them and they will get bigger and hurt and they will burst when you sit down or cross your legs. it's horrible. start using scissors or try to start going to spas and getting a bikini wax or maybe learn how to do your own bikinin wax. for now, you can be some neosporin on the wound to help it heal. (It's not an STD)
