Guys, Doctors, I need your help with my skin?

I wrote a important question about my skin, but now I am more confuse than before. I am african-american male dark skin and I have ingrown hair. When I shave the hair curls back into the skin causing bumps and dark spots. I would like to know what method I can use to have my hair remove pernamently or the best shaver to use. Can an Epilator cause the hair to be pull out straight without causing it to curl into the skin and leave the skin nice smooth? Can Norelco razors (I don't know which brand) give you the smooth type of skin without causing in dark spots and bumps and don't they pull the hair out to?

The laser removal would works if the skin is dark/facial is bright so they have use bleach cream with the 1064 long wave meter, but even if the hair grows back, you have to return in weeks to have the same procedure done again!

Please help. How can I get my skin to be nice and smooth without bumps and black spots on it? Who should I go to for help? I wish my face to look nice.

you have pseudofolliculitis barbae, well known to members of the military. The treatment was usually letting the beard grow out, removing the ingrowns and letting the skin heal without shaving. the answer for you will not be a sharper razor, im afraid... the razors that cut the hair so its below the skin line are usually to blame. you need to use a beard trimmer that will leave the hair out of the skin a little, or you might want to get electrolysis/laser treatment if you really need that baby smooth face. i think an epillator would be better than a razor, but still bad, since the hair will still grow back and you d have the same problem. Talk to someone who was in the military who had the same problem, they have whole clinics devoted to the subject.

IPL or laser hair removal both work. They need to be repeated several times because they only affect hair follicles while in their active phase. This is probably the best method to use. Until then, be sure to shave "with the grain" not against.

The only thing that has worked pretty *decently* (grading scale b+) for me is a regimen of cleaning with Noxema, conditioning my skin with this product called KITI-KITI (means "to cure") and the ANDIS T-OUTLINER clippers...thats all that has worked for me...i've tried plenty things (since 14, and i'm 21 now) and nothing has worked like what i've mentioned...so give it a try :)

oh...and before shaving, lift the hairs and open your pores by applying a HOT HOT HOT towel to the face

I would recommend you use a good ingrown hair treatment like Priva Shave to begin with.

You should also use Ultra Shave, which is a dry shave formula that contains grape seed extract, which is 15000 times stronger than vitamin E. The all natural and potent ingredients of Ultra Shave make it a wonderful skin healer. Many people also use it as a general moisturiser.

Using an epilator to remove facial hair would be very painful, but one of the best range of body hair epilators is manufactured by Emjoi.

Have you been to see a dermatologist? It's definitely worth seeing one and getting some professional advice.
