How do you prevent ingrown/ infected hairs in your bikini area?

I have heard there are creams, but don't know which kind. Are there any natural remedies? I have tried waxing, but my skin is too sensitive. What can I do?

Try this product called Tend Skin. Bikini Zone works ok too (and you can get it at Wal-Mart). For treating ones you have already, go to a health food store and get some cream with Tea Tree Oil in it. That stuff works miracles on cuts, zits, ingrowns, any skin thing. Just put a little on it every day.

When you first notice you are getting an ingrown try and pull it up from under the skin with a pair of tweezers or a needle after you wipe it down with rubbing alcohol. You can also use a hot compress (a warm washcloth) on the ingrown a few times a day to help work it out.

You can exfoliate your skin before you shave. In the shaving section, you can find creams such as Bikini Zone.
