Try to avoid the temptation to pick it as you will only make matters worse. There is an excellent product called tendskin which gets rid of unsightly razor bumps, lumps and ingrown hairs etc. Just wipe over the area a few times a day and it'll soon disappear.

after shaving/waxing you should exfoliate the area. 24 to 48 hours afterwards. my sister uses peach scrub (can't remember the brandname), but i just use soap and a loufa(sp)?. i still get them from time to time though. hope it helps you.

Use exfoliating gloves every bath, it will help. If you have a really bad problem there is a product out there called TENSKIN that works like a charm.
