What's the best product/method for getting rid of razor bumps (ingrown hairs)?

Any topical product with Pramoxine Hydrochloride in it. This chemical helps with itching and irritation. I know that Sally Hansen makes a product with this, it comes with pads to rub the area. Also using a loofa with soap daily and rubbing the affected area for about 10 seconds also reduces the chance of hair becoming ingrown. Using both of these together works wonders.

Try using a loofah when you wash or an exfoliating body wash, and moisturize afterwards. Nair makes an aftershave oil that works well. If they are severely ingrown, tweeze them gently.
