Both Tend Skin and Ingrow Go use the same active ingredients to treat ingrown hairs. Tend Skin has been around for years and is probably the most popular treatment of its kind.
There is an ingrown hair treatment called Priva Shave which has identical properties to Tend Skin, but is more of a gel than a runny liquid.
If you have deeply ingrained ingrown hairs then I would also suggest you use a specialised tweezer to remove the hairs in addition to using a treatment like Tend Skin.
